Why Guttering Matters More in Leeds

Leeds receives over 800mm of rainfall annually — concentrated heavily in autumn and winter. During peak storms, rainfall intensity regularly exceeds 15mm per hour. Your guttering system has one job: collect all of that water from your roof and channel it safely into the drainage system and away from your property. When guttering fails, the water goes where it should not — down your walls, into your brickwork, and ultimately into your home as damp.

Maintaining your gutters is one of the cheapest and most effective things you can do to protect your Leeds property.

Gutter Materials — What Works Best in Leeds

Gutter Maintenance Calendar for Leeds

Downpipe Problems Specific to Leeds
